Steve Griffin proudly owns and operates Sugar Land Power Washing and serves the entire greater Houston region including Fort Bend and Harris Counties. He has over 25 years of experience in construction management as a certified General Contractor of small and large projects. He spent three years in Afghanistan as a civilian contractor overseeing government projects. Steve now helps residential and commercial property owners with exterior cleaning services.

He leads with integrity and value in every relationship he cultivates and passionately provides valuable services and professional quality workmanship to every job. Steve enjoys gardening, fishing, and training his rescue dogs. This includes two German Shepherds, one Belgian Malinois, and one Yellow Lab. He always enjoys personal growth through reading books such as “Maximum Achievement” by Brian Tracy, “Roofing Rip Off”, and “Blood and Money.” A few influential leaders that inspire him include Bernie Marcus and Arthur Blank, both founders of The Home Depot.
